Butterflies in DC

We took the train to DC today with Denise and her daughter, Gaby. We went to the butterfly exhibit and played on the National Mall. The cherry trees were in full bloom and looked terrific.

Praying Mantis, here, there, everywhere!!!

To my surprise, the praying mantis cases hatched! I went to Washington DC today. When I came home there were baby praying mantis all over the kitchen. They are smaller than the holes on the critter cage.
